Initially we thought we were going to be responsible for finding a caterer for wines and liquor, which was exactly what we wanted.
The only hiccup we had was with their alcohol catering policy which changed after we signed our deposit. We knew exactly what we wanted and were willing to follow BSBC event policies. As we got closer to the wedding, the event coordinator was really responsive to e-mails and was great about meeting with us too. 2018 to book the reception for 2019) there was only one Saturday left for Summer 2019, so we took it immediately. Y and even being a year and a half out (we initially went in Feb. I cannot recommend this venue enough and hope to be able to come up with another event to host there in the future. My husband and I have loved their beer for years and after our wedding reception went so well it was a no brainer to host another party here. The food truck was able to park far enough away from their outdoor space at the brewery that there wasn't any issues with non shower guests walking up and ordering. Their patio has a cute private walkway to the parking lot where the food truck we hired was able to pull up and allow guests to walk right off the private patio to the food truck to order as they pleased.

The Barrel Haus has massive windows that open up onto their large patio giving us so much more space. With Covid being a huge factor in our planning decisions we wanted to make our event indoor/outdoor. I cannot stress enough the versatility of this venue. They did a great job setting up a floor plan that gave everyone ample amounts of space but also made the large room feel like the perfect size for a smaller event. Our baby shower had 200 less people than our wedding but the space worked so well even for only 50 people. Ists, music, and liquor vendors couldn't be easier.

I was absolutely stunned at how well our reception went, and I know she helped make that happen.
We were able to pick and choose what guests got “on us”, while also keeping close tabs on the drink minimum. She answered the million questions from me and my mom, and didn’t let anything go when it came to getting things done. She opened the room early so we could decorate, and stayed late so we could finish- even though I know for a fact that she had been there ALL day already. Samantha was our Event Coordinator and did absolutely everything she could to make the day run smooth. The aesthetics of this room were perfect alone, and with decorations and set up- were even more breath taking. The most extensive bar including 16 Draught Beers, Hard Seltzers, Wine, Cider & numerous other beverages availableĮ room was filled with light. Plans for an urban fruit orchard are currently in development for the near future. Arbors and trellises throughout the garden create an intimate setting for all events and activities. The once empty grassy place is now a half-acre haven for pollinators with multi-season color and bloom of flowering plants, bushes, and trees. Set amongst an outer streetscape of towering Maple Trees and decorative fencing the interior of the gardens features Magnolia, Blue Juniper, and River Birch trees. In nearly a half-decade the plantings have filled out creating this new lush outdoor arena. Our charming Garden Plaza connects the private Barrel Haus patio to the outdoor green space: The Badger Gardens. We have worked diligently to create a unique space that is truly one-of-a-kind right in the heart of Green Bay and a top venue destination within the State of Wisconsin. The Barrel Haus is also adjacent to our expansive "Badger Gardens", suitable for outdoor ceremonies and receptions. The Barrel Haus features barrel staves bar-back, metal hoop chandeliers, wooden barrel top collage wall, oversized folding patio doors, and original exposed metal beams and columns to highlight the authenticity within. space attached to the Brewery and Tap Room. Our Barrel Haus was remodeled from a historic 1960's industrial manufacturing space into a 7,500 sqft. The Barrel Haus is a perfect extension of the goal to bring people together over a beer or beverage.
